When does the 7L Framework live program start?

How much time do I need to invest each week?
1 hour 15 minute video calls and a little bit of time each day to start moving toward life on your terms.
What if I can't attend all the live sessions for the live program?
This is a live and interactive program, so I recommend trying to attend as many video calls as possible, or at least watching the replay the following week to get the most out of the program.
If I am unable to attend the 1 to 1 sessions, what should I do?
If your session needs to be rescheduled, please allow at least 24 hours notice, otherwise it will not be eligible for rescheduling.
